Temple Israel's early childhood wing is presently undergoing a major renovation that will transform it into a state-of-the-art facility for optimal care and education of children ranging in age from infants to pre-K students. Our current, charming, child-friendly hallways, painted with enchanting scenes, will remain, leading the way to spacious, bright, well-equipped classrooms-all of which are above ground.

All classes are brought together each Friday for Shabbat services in our beautiful sanctuary. Thanks to our very active Parents Association, our Toddler-Preschool students enjoy physical exercise in a wonderful up-to-date playground. With colorful spaces for imaginative play, a drum circle for musical activity, a shaded area, and poured rubber flooring, the children can safely engage in energetic outdoor play. A new Infant Space is being installed on our playground so that even our youngest students can enjoy the bright sunshine and cool breezes. Indoors, children of all ages make use of playroom equipment that is designed to develop gross motor skills.
