The Seventh Grade Religious School program reflects Jewish tradition’s belief that thirteen is a transitional age. Seventh graders attend Tuesday evenings with the high school students, and Thursday afternoons with younger students. On Tuesday evenings, students take two classes, learning about the Holocaust and studying the prayer service. On Thursday afternoons, students will study with the clergy in preparation for becoming Bar or Bat Mitzvah.
