In-House Publicity “Coalition for Mutual Respect Announceds Yitzhak Rabin Peacemaker Award Winners”
Two honorees have been named winners of the 2014 Yitzhak Rabin Peacemaker Award by the Coalition for Mutual Respect. The Reverend Deacon Hyacinth E. Lee, Minister of Trinity St. Paul’s Episcopal Church and Joel Fridovich, Administrator of Campus Alternative High School, will be honored at its annual Award event at New Rochelle City Hall Chambers, Wednesday, September 17th. A reception will be held at 5:00 p.m. followed by the Award ceremony at 5:45 p.m. There is no charge and the public is welcome. Read more click here.

For drivers looking to save money on their auto insurance, a Safe Driver’s Course sponsored by the Brotherhood of Temple Israel of New Rochelle will provide a fast and effective opportunity on Sunday, January 26. Continuing a long standing tradition, The Coalition for Mutual Respect will honor Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. at a community-wide dinner and Sabbath service to be held at Temple Israel of New Rochelle, Friday, January 17. Temple Israel’s program, Kehillah, opened in 2011 with a $2 million investment from the synagogue. So far, the program, which accepts infants as young as six weeks, has served 85 children. Read more click here.
